Chili Cheese Dip Stuffed Chips are so easy and always a big hit with guests.

Chili Cheese Dip Stuffed Chips is what Game day appetizers should be – score big on taste, but easy on clean up. The love of chips and dips is always a huge part of sports watching and I finally found a recipe that makes it easy for me to enjoy the game with my friends and family.

Chili Cheese Dip Stuffed Chips Ingredients

  • 1 can Hot Dog Chili or substitute Turkey Chili or Veggie Chili
  • 1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
  • 1 package Tostadas Scoop Tortillas
  • 2-3 cups Shredded Colby Cheese (or any flavor)
  • Additional suggested toppings : diced onions, diced jalapenos, diced tomatoes or diced olives. Bakers Choice.

Chili Cheese Dip and stuffed chips are easy with almost zero cleanup. Perfect for game day!

Chili Cheese Dip Stuffed Chips Directions

Heat the Chili and Cream Cheese together in a medium sauce pan on medium heat. As it is melting, stir together for a thick creamy texture. Remove from heat and let rest, meaning do not stir anymore.

Pre-heat oven to 375. Using a large cookie sheet covered in tin foil, lay out the scoops face up to fill them with the mixture. Now grab your sauce pan and spoon in chili cheese to edge of scoops. Quick Tip: Let the chili cheese mixture cool down enough to pour into a large freezer bag. Push the chili cheese mixture into one corner of the bag, release all the air while twisting the open side of the bag tight. Next, snip that bottom corner tip of the bag for a fast application (a cake decorating bag works well with a medium tip).

Once you have filled all your scoops you may now go topping crazy adding your diced choice or choices of toppings or just leave it plain as I often do. Top nicely with your shredded cheese choice and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve right off the cookie sheet or on a fun football platter.
