It’s a vodka that’s been infused with flavors to taste similar to whipped cream. The added flavors of vanilla, cream and sugar blend together to make a smooth, sweet vodka that is perfect for dessert drinks.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Jello Shots

Invite your friends, have some fun and serve these pumpkin pie jello shots at your next fall party, Halloween party or Thanksgiving gathering.

If you’re hosting a few people over, then you can make these in four tall shot glasses. If you’re preparing for a party, this recipe will make 12 jello shots in mini plastic cups. So, stock up on supplies, you’ll surely need to make more than one batch!

Here’s the list of everything you’ll need:

How to Make Pumpkin Jello Shots

Step 1: Mix together cold water and a packet of unflavored gelatin in a medium saucepan. Let sit for one minute to let the gelatin powder absorb more of the water.

Step 2: Heat the gelatin mixture over medium heat. Whisk until all the gelatin is dissolved.

Step 3: Stir in the canned pumpkin, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.

Whisk together making sure the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 4: Remove the mixture from the stove. Stir in the whipped vodka and heavy whipping cream.

This creates this gorgeous pumpkin color and makes pumpkin jello shots deliciously creamy!

Step 5: Pour the mixture evenly into 4 tall shot glasses or 12 mini plastic jello shot cups (2 oz size).

Step 6: Let the jello shots cool and then set them in the refrigerator. In tall shot glasses, this will take approximately 4-6 hours. In the 2 oz mini shot glasses, it should take 2-4 hours for the jello shots to set up.

Step 7: Top with whipped cream before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope of Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 1/4 cup Canned pumpkin

  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/3 cup Whipped vodka
  • 
2 teaspoons Heavy whipping cream

  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine cold water and unflavored gelatin in a medium sauce pan. Let it sit for one minute to absorb some of the water.
  2. Heat the gelatin and water mixture over medium heat. Whisk together until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Stir in pumpkin, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until well combined and heated through, making sure all of the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in vodka and heavy whipping cream.
  5. Pour into tall shot glasses or mini jello shot plastic cups.
  6. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours until the jello is set.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
