Are Air Fried Chicken Drumsticks Low Carb?

Yes! Without deep frying in oil or using any breading, this is a perfect low carb recipe.

It’s Keto friendly too with no carbs in the butter and only 1 carbohydrate in the ranch seasoning packet (may vary depending on the brand you use). Some recipes call for the use of a little olive oil, but since we are using butter there are no added carbs from any oils.

If you’re watching carbs, then this is a great meal option.

Is this Recipe Gluten Free?

Yes, if you use the right products. The Great Value Ranch Seasoning Packet from Walmart is not gluten-free. If you need a gluten-free option, Hidden Valley Ranch offers a gluten-free ranch seasoning packet.
