Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until all the gelatin is set (all refrigerators vary and chill time can be longer).

Tip: Make these gingerbread man jello shots a day ahead of time than when you need them. This way they can sit in the fridge overnight and you won’t be worried if they’ll be ready in time for your holiday parties.

Step 6: Just before serving, top with whipped cream and gingerbread men sprinkles.

Variation:

If you want your jelly shots in the actual shape of gingerbread people, you can make this exact recipe and pour the the jelly shot mixture into a gingerbread man silicone mold. You can find molds on Amazon, look for a mold size like these Gingerbread Man Molds that can hold 2.5 oz.

Then you’ll have funny gingerbread men jello shots! Just a fun idea, but definitely messier to eat.
