We know Strawberry Vodka Lemonade is a popular drink and so is pineapple juice and vodka, so why not combine these drinks for an even tastier vodka lemonade recipe?
It’s already hitting triple digit temperatures where I live and refreshing cocktails are on the agenda. Especially for the 4th of July!
This Pineapple Strawberry Vodka Lemonade Slush recipe is exactly the kind of cocktail everyone loves during the summer. It’s a gorgeous, colorful vodka lemonade drink and really fun as party punch. These summer fruit juices are sweet, lemonade is cool and adding a little vodka makes this an extra refreshing cocktail.
You’ll definitely want to share this drink with friends, so invite everyone over and whip up a batch!
What’s In this Pineapple Strawberry Vodka Lemonade?
The key to this vodka lemonade is the fresh fruit and juices. Sweet pineapple chunks and fresh strawberries are balanced out with tart lemon juice. The fresh fruits are blended with water, sugar and vodka.
This recipe calls for making our own lemonade from scratch, but if you’re low on lemons or sugar you could use a pre-made lemonade such as Simply Lemonade.
And if you”re watching those sugar calories, substitute the sugar with an artificial sweetener. In this case, I’d make the entire batch without any sweeter, then add the artificial sweetener slowly until you find the right mix. You’ll need to play around with it until you find the right combination.

If you browse our cocktail recipes, you’ll probably notice I’m a big fan of strawberry cocktails and pineapple cocktails. Which puts this vodka lemonade at the top of my list because it combines both of my favorite fruit flavors. If you love them too, here’s a few fun cocktails you might enjoy:
Strawberry Pineapple Mimosa – Perfect brunch cocktail that’s a lot more fun than a standard mimosa.
Fresh Strawberry Margaritas – Using fresh strawberries makes a much better cocktail.
Strawberry Mojitos – A classic cocktail with a strawberry twist.
Mermaid Party Punch – Pineapple, rum, curacao and lime makes another gorgeous party punch.
How to Make Fresh Pineapple Strawberry Vodka Lemonade
This recipe makes 8-10 servings, depending on the size of your serving glasses.
I know you probably already know this, but the first step is to clean your strawberries. Wash and cut off the stems for 2 cups of strawberries. Make sure you hold back a few for garnish.
Next, you’ll need 2 cups of pineapple chunks. A medium to large pineapple will yield about 3 cups, so you’ll have extra for garnish as well. Core and peel your pineapple and cut into chunks.
Just look at that cored pineapple! If you don’t have this kitchen tool, you should grab one. I actually use it more often that I ever thought I would. It’s simply called a pineapple corer. I can’t imagine making pineapple cocktails with out it. It’ll core and peel your pineapple all at the same time. Simple to use and clean up is a snap!
To complete this cocktail, we need a few ingredients to get that great taste of lemonade. You’ll need 4 large lemons to get a 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Plus 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 2 cups of water.
Of course, you’ll need vodka to make it a vodka lemonade! The last ingredient is 1 cup of your favorite brand of vodka.
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Fill your glass with ice, pour in the pineapple strawberry vodka lemonade, garnish with a strawberry and a pick of pineapple chunks. Enjoy!
