Cut the tops off the apples and core the middle with a pairing knife. Make sure to not cut all the way through the bottom of the apple.
Sprinkle the top of the apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Air Fry for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, almond flour, coconut oil and brown sugar.
Remove the baked apples from the air fryer and scoop the pecan crumble mixture into and on top of the apples, then air fry for another 5 minutes.
