How to Make Sure Zucchini Chips are Crispy

If you’re having trouble with soggy chips, toss them with salt (about ½ a teaspoon). Then, let the zucchini slices drain on a paper towel before patting them dry, then air frying according to the recipe.

How To Store Leftovers

To keep your zucchini chips fresh, you’ll want to store them in an airtight container for keeping the flavor and texture of your zucchini chips intact. We usually keep these tasty snacks on the counter at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

If they soften, just pop them back in the air fryer to crisp them up.
